Place History:
This building was the site of an Art School in Southeastern Wisconsin that was famous for its Abstract Physical Art. The students here created incredible sculptures. The building itself is a bit conceptual and is several stories tall (though the floorspace isn't all that large). Many sculptures span more than one floor and are woven from floor to floor through holes in the floors, ceilings, and walls. Although there are a few classrooms, most of the space is open, but views are blocked or distorted because of the sprawling sculptures. It was lauded from across the nation as one of the most visionary schools for art.

The apocalypse left most of the building untouched, but many people squatted in it throughout the years. Eventually it was discovered by the Bandits of the Hood. After approving of the location because of it's lack of technology, many Bandits chose to stay here and keep it as an outpost. Most of the sculptures have been kept in decent shape and the place remains in a clean state because of its occupants care.
Inhabitants:
Mostly Bandits of the Hood (3d10). They do allow some travelers to stay the night, granting they have no high-technology on them and choose their words wisely.
